We really enjoyed our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect, just a stone's throw away from the museum and surrounded by shops. The staff was very friendly and spoke sufficient English, which is a rare find in China. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a large TV, kettle, and comfortable beds. The buffet breakfast was excellent, and we also had a pleasant dining experience at the restaurant. The hotel also offers 24-hour room service and has a variety of facilities, such as a casino and a playground. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

The hotel is conveniently located by the Museum, making it easy to explore the cultural attractions nearby. Just a short walk from the hotel, you'll find a small family-run Cantonese restaurant where you can enjoy delicious and inexpensive food.
The hotel staff seem reluctant to engage and not well trained in dealing with foreign guests.

The breakfast was decent, and the location of the hotel was convenient, with nearby shops and transportation options. the hotel rooms were spacious and comfortable.
Our stay was marred by a variety of issues. The staff spoke very little English, which made it difficult to ask questions or get help with anything.

Room was clean and modern, with fresh fruit provided daily, which was a nice touch. Location was great, walking distance to museums and street food alleys. Staff were very willing to help and went beyond expectations to ensure our needs were met.
Breakfast was poor, with very limited options, and Wi-Fi was only available in common areas. There was also a need to pay a cash deposit for every day of the stay, which was inconvenient.
